Tony Parry is a very experienced commercial property lawyer with over 30 years’ of experience in commercial property and land matters advising on a broad range of matters. In particular he acts on commercial sales and purchases, landlord and tenant matters, all matters of commercial leases, acquisitions and disposals for landlord and tenant including variations, extensions, surrenders and overriding leases.
Tony joined DTM Legal as a consultant in 2019. His clients include commercial landlords, charities, tenants, property developers and retailers regarding the granting and taking of leases, private investors on landlord and tenant matters and leasehold management.
Tony has a particular expertise in retail and has acted for major national retailers on all aspects of property work with particular focus on new store openings, property management matters, sales, acquisitions and landlord and tenant issues including client internal strategy consideration with the wider professional team and liaising with directors and other senior management.
In his spare time he enjoys walking the Wirral beaches and renovating his home.
