Kate joins DTM Legal with a wealth of experience in all matters of residential conveyancing including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold, transfer of equity and re-mortgages. She has particular expertise in new build purchases and works with a number of large developers across the region after developing strong working relationships with them.
Kate also works with a number of Local Estate Agents providing them with excellent advice and service.
In her spare time Kate enjoys spending time with family and friends and exploring countries abroad with her boyfriend.
