Kate Pritchard is a Senior Associate in the Commercial Property team at DTM Legal LLP. With over 10 years’ experience in transactional property matters, Kate has a proven track record of delivering practical, tailored advice to clients across a range of industries.
Kate graduated with a degree in Law from Aberystwyth University before completing her Legal Practice Course (LPC) at the University of Law. Her career spans both private practice and in-house roles with a national UK PLC. This dual experience gives Kate a well-rounded perspective on the commercial realities and pressures faced by clients, enabling her to offer pragmatic, solutions-focused advice.
As a Senior Associate within the department, Kate supports a diverse client base on a variety of property-related matters. Her expertise includes lease agreements, property management, transactions, refinances, and grants of easements. She has played a key role in several high-value transactions, notably leading the acquisition of a caravan park for over £6 million.
Kate’s thought leadership is reflected in her contributions to DTM Legal’s website, where she has authored insightful articles such as “Leases: to assign or underlet?” and “The importance of Schedules of Condition.” Commenting on her approach to client care, Kate says:

Outside of work, Kate enjoys family life, which often involves keeping up with her young twins and energetic Labrador. She is also a keen runner and can frequently be found training for her next 10k.
