As a qualified CILEX Lawyer, Gena has been advising DTM staff on all aspects of regulatory compliance, quality and risk, and client care since 2014.
Having graduated with an Honours Degree in Education, Gena delivers in-house training, and works closely with Sarah Wilcock, our Practice Manager, on Learning & Development projects, such as introducing our Appraisal process and Promotion Toolkits.
Due to Gena’s expertise, we are currently the only firm in Cheshire and Merseyside to carry the Law Society’s “Risk and Compliance (Advanced) Legal Practice” accreditation. Gena has achieved a Merit in the Law Society Client Care accreditation and has also recently been appointed to the CILEX Policy Professional Panel, which drives policy development and implementation for all CILEX regulated members.
When not working on a good spreadsheet, Gena spends her spare time at concerts, travelling, and talking herself into attending gym classes.
