Emily Venables is a Conveyancing Executive at DTM Legal. With just under 10 years’ experience in Residential Conveyancing she started her career as a Business Administration Apprentice progressing to Fee Earning Emily has invaluable knowledge of the whole Conveyancing process from start to Finish. She specialises in Freehold Sales, Purchases, Re-mortgage’s and Transfer of Equity’s for both individuals and companies.
Education and Training
Emily holds a NVQ in Business Administration and Level 4 Diploma in Conveyancing Transactions issued by The Council for Licensed Conveyancers.
Role Within the DTM Legal Team
As a Conveyancing Executive Emily’s role is to support DTM’s clients with the Conveyancing process. She provides DTM’s Residential Conveyancing Clients with quality help and advice during their transaction. Emily reviews and drafts the legal documents, raises enquiries, reviews search results, mortgage offers, and complex title documents, provides expert reports to her clients and corresponds with estate agents, mortgage lenders, financial advisors and other parties’ solicitors so that you don’t have to. Her attention to detail and speed in communication means not only do clients recommend her but so do estate agents and other solicitors.
Emily has been trusted by many to complete their Conveyancing needs including a well know celebrity English journalist, television presenter and author.

Personal Interests
Outside of work Emily likes to spend time with her family. Often reading a good book, walking her two dogs Marley and Dexter or trying to show her nan how to us the Air Fryer! Failing that she will be found singing at the top of her voice driving round Chester.
