Catherine is a Trainee Solicitor in our Wills, Trusts & Estates department. She has also completed seats in Commercial Property and Dispute Resolution.
Catherine started her law career at Newcastle University where she completed her Law Degree. She then joined a law firm in Chester as a Paralegal in the Commercial Property Team and also worked in the Accounts Team which has equipped her with expertise in the financial aspects of estates and a meticulous eye for detail. Catherine then went on to complete her LPC and LLM at the University of Law, achieving in a Distinction in both.
Catherine assists the Trusts & Estates team in all aspects of non-contentious private client work including Wills, Estate Planning, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts and Estate administration. She has a particular interest in the preparation of complex Wills and the creation of trusts.
In Catherine’s spare time she enjoys playing tennis and attending weekly ballroom and Latin dance classes. She also enjoys spending time with her 3 younger siblings, travelling with her boyfriend and she is learning to speak German.
