The firm are delighted to be shortlisted for Commercial Team of the Year and Commercial Property team of the Year in the forthcoming Solicitors Journal Awards 2017.
The Solicitors Journal Awards are designed to showcase and celebrate solicitors, law firms, barristers, and other legal professionals who are making significant contributions to the legal services sector.
The nomination follows an excellent and successful year for the nominated teams.
DTM Legal’s Commercial Property team, headed by Anna Duffy, has worked for a number of high profile property developers in the North West.
It recently advised property investment and development company group, Atmore, on the sale of 44 properties from its national high street retail portfolio, totalling c. £20m and continues to advise on multi million pound projects for the Group.
The team has also provided corporate support for a multimillion pound refinancing of an SME industrial portfolio.
The Corporate team, headed by Edward Barnes, has worked on a number of high profile deals in the past 12 months across a range of sectors including insurance, healthcare, finance and energy and renewables sector to name a few.
The team recently advised on a major deal for Liverpool digital firm Vast Visibility, which received a substantial investment from private equity outfit HgCapital.
The awards ceremony will take place on the 17th May at the Grand Connaught Rooms in London and will feature 18 categories celebrating and recognising the very best in the legal profession.
