DTM Legal have strengthened their real estate team with the appointment of new partner Helen Nash.
Helen will be based in the Chester office and will support the development, regeneration and infrastructure offering across the North West and Wales.
Prior to joining, Helen worked as a partner at Knights PLC and has been involved in the delivery of a range of complex real estate projects including acting for a landowner in a multi-owner Section 106 Agreement with a developer and local authority for a strategic development of 300 houses, new spine road and new pedestrian/cycle route and a £12m contribution to the Council.
Helen said: “The North West’s real estate portfolio is seeing a huge amount of investment – it’s a really exciting time to be advising developers across the region.
“I look forward to supporting the growth of the property team whilst maintaining outstanding client service”
Anna Duffy, head of commercial property added: “Growing the practice based in our Chester office is a key part of our strategic growth plan.

Helen’s skillset will complement the existing skills we have in the property department, enabling us to continue the growth of the team’s presence across the North West.”
