DTM Legal continues to expand. Heather Lally, Senior Associate and Jonathan Partridge, Solicitor join DTM Legal. Heather has joined from Bowcock Cuerden. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience in all matters relating to Trusts and Estates including estate planning, succession planning, FIC’s and wills, trusts and estate matters of high net worth individuals, agricultural landowners and the elderly. She is a full member of the Society for the Elderly (SFA), ALA (Agriculture Landowners Association) and is the recently appointed Chair of STEP Cheshire.
Jonathan has recently joined the Commercial Litigation Department. He is an experienced solicitor providing advice to directors, high net worth entrepreneurs, commercial landlords and franchise owners. His expertise ranges across business interruption solutions, guarantees, settlements, licensing and franchise agreements to name a few.
