This year, a number of DTM Legal’s Agriculture team will be exhibiting at The Royal Cheshire Show including Paul Makinson, Stephen Lunt, Amanda Bailey and Sally Pilott.

Paul Makinson specialises in commercial property, in particular sales and purchases, development work, large landed estates and agricultural tenancies.
Stephen Lunt has over 16 years’ experience working on a wide variety of commercial property matters including, energy and utility projects, lease management, infrastructure development and high value share and asset sale.
Amanda Bailey is an Associate specialising in wills, trusts and tax planning. She has particular expertise advising business owners in relation to succession planning but also advises on domicile issues, estate administration and powers of attorney.
Sally Pilott specialises in sales and acquisitions, development work, general property management, commercial landlord and tenant, and portfolio management.
