At DTM Legal, we are proud to announce the formation of our Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Committee, marking a new chapter in our ongoing commitment to sustainability, community impact and responsible business practices.
The newly formed committee brings together team members from all levels of the organisation, ensuring that our ESG strategy is collaborative, inclusive, and embedded into every part of the firm. By harnessing the passion and insights of our people, we aim to build on our existing initiatives and accelerate our progress.
What is ESG?
ESG refers to the Environmental, Social, and Governance factors that guide responsible and sustainable business practices. It’s a framework for measuring a company’s impact on the world around it—from how we manage our environmental footprint to how we support our people, communities, and uphold high standards of governance.
At DTM Legal, ESG isn’t just a box-ticking exercise. It’s part of our DNA. We’ve long been committed to charitable giving, professional development, and supporting business growth in our region. The ESG Committee enables us to take a more strategic and measurable approach to these values.

In partnership with Carbon Happy World, we are auditing and tracking our carbon footprint, identifying areas for improvement, and taking steps to reduce emissions. -

We’re equipping our team with the tools and training they need to understand sustainability and make a difference, both at work and at home. -
