Two new staff have joined DTM Legal as the company’s client roster grows.
Victoria Evans, who has joined the firm as an Associate, specialises in commercial property, advising a diverse client base across the office, retail and light-industrial sectors.
She is experienced in landlord and tenant work, disposals and acquisitions as well as refinancing.
Victoria is passionate about securing the best solution for her clients and understands that being accessible and responsive is paramount in understanding and fulfilling their needs.
Away from work, Victoria and her husband really enjoy their family outings and weekends away exploring the great outdoors with their young son and daughter.
Meanwhile, DTM Legal is also welcoming a new paralegal, Alexandra Herbert, who has joined the company on a short-term contract before embarking on the next stage of her training to further her legal career.
Alexandra is based in the Liverpool office and will be predominantly supporting the Property and Litigation teams.
