Michael’s passion for property law is evident, particularly in his work with landlord and tenant matters, insolvency transactions, and corporate support. His methodical approach and attention to detail ensure transactions run smoothly, and his focus on adding value has made him an indispensable part of the Property team.

One of Michael’s most valued qualities is his generosity with knowledge and his willingness to support junior colleagues. When he’s not driving deals forward at DTM Legal, Michael’s life in Chester is just as full. He lives with his partner Caroline and spends much of his free time with family. A passionate Spurs fan, he’s also a keen player of walking rugby and a familiar face at Chester Rugby Club, where his community spirit is on full display.
