What’s your 30-day challenge?
This year DTM Legal pledged to support Wirral Mind.
Wirral Mind, affiliated with the national Mind organisation, was established in 1967 to help people achieve better mental health.
The organisation has an excellent track record and over 50 years’ experience in providing services to adults with mental health problems and learning disabilities.
Last year DTM Legal launched the campaign #LittleChangeBigDifference. The campaign aims to help raise awareness of wellbeing within the workplace.
The 30-day challenge is the second initiative to help raise awareness that implementing the Little Changes, really can make a Big Difference to your overall wellbeing.
What is the 30-day challenge?
Our 30-day challenge aims to tackle:
– Something you’d like to action
&
– Something you’d like to avoid
Action:
This could be anything from… drinking more water, finally starting the hobby you’ve been meaning to start, or including more exercise into your daily routine.
Avoid:
This is something you want to avoid. What one thing do you keep telling yourself “next month I won’t do that”. This could be, for example, avoiding sugar, alcohol, or using your phone after 9:30pm.
Award:
This is something you want to reward yourself with. This could be booking a spa day, going out for dinner, or just be the satisfaction that you’ve achieved your 30-day challenge!
When can I start?
You can start at any point in the month.
The secret is to keep it up, as small daily goals and habits build up over time into significant change.
