A leading provider of services in the water and waste process technologies sector in the UK and Ireland has acquired North West business and DTM Legal LLP client, Apex Industries Limited (trading as Cap Technology and Adamelia).
FLI Global is an environmental services group with operations in Ireland, UK and France, and has partnership arrangements with other overseas countries including China where tremendous opportunities for the Group’s broad range of services exists.
The founding Directors of Apex Industries, Stewart Mills and John Hampson, are delighted that the business has now become a wholly owned subsidiary within FLI Global and said “This is an exciting time for the business and we look forward to using the capability of the wider FLI Group to grow the both businesses going forward”.
The strategy for the business will be to continue to offer innovative solutions to the industrial and commercial waste water sectors. Utilising the extensive offering and coverage of the Group will further enhance the range of services offered.
DTM Legal LLP, led by head of Corporate and Commercial, Ed Barnes, acted for the owners of Apex Industries on the deal.
