During UK Bike week DTM Legal cycled over 1000 miles for Alder Hey Children’s Charity.
Kate Roberts, partner at DTM Legal together with her partner Norman McGarry participated in a charity cycle challenge from London to Amsterdam from the 6th June – 9th June covering 360 miles over the 4 days. The charity cycle encouraged staff at DTM Legal to get involved with the cycling in the firm’s offices based in Liverpool and Chester to support Kate and Norman with their challenge.
Kate and Norman have raised £2000 for Alder Hey.
Kate, said: “I am overwhelmed with the generosity – thank you to everyone who has donated, every donation is hugely appreciated,
I have to say that this challenge was one of the hardest things I have done both physically and mentally. The long days on the bike with constant pedalling (because of the flat landscape and headwinds) were, at times, incredibly tedious and tough”
The charity is so pleased with the efforts from Kate and DTM Legal.

“‘DTM Legal are fantastic supporters of Alder Hey so we were delighted to hear about Kate’s cycle from London to Amsterdam to raise money for the hospital.
“Not only did Kate cycle hundreds of miles for us but her team back in the office matched her miles on static bikes to raise awareness and help her with raising as much money as possible.
“The dedication of all the staff has been fantastic and we are looking forward to another great year of fundraising with the team!”
