Cathy has worked with senior property lawyers for over 20 years and has assisted with various property transactions including leasehold management portfolio work, sales and acquisition of commercial real estate, first registrations, easements and agricultural work. Cathy also works very closely with some of our developer-clients in managing a considerable number of plot sale transactions.
In 2017, Cathy obtained a Specialist Paralegal Qualification in Commercial Property (through Central Law Training in association with the University of Strathclyde).
Outside of work, Cathy is a long-suffering supporter of Chester F.C. and enjoys spending time with her family and two dogs.
