Paul Makinson is a partner at DTM Legal specialising in commercial property, particular sales and purchases, development work and agricultural tenancies.
He is a specialist in freehold and leasehold commercial property, including the negotiation of leases. He also acts for developers on the acquisition of development sites through to plot sales. His client base ranges from SME’s and Plc’s.
Paul has also acted for large landed estates in the sale and purchase of farm businesses and associated land and buildings and he has been recommended by the Legal 500 as a recommended lawyer for his work.
Paul is valued for his determined approach and always strives to provide a no nonsense solution for his clients.
Away from DTM Legal, Paul is a trustee of Chester Voluntary Action and supports the charity by providing legal expertise.
In his free time he enjoys walking his Rottweiler Alfie in Scotland and the Welsh Hills.
