Jim Morris is Head of DTM Legal’s dispute resolution team, specialising in complex commercial litigation issues including director and shareholder complications, construction and intellectual property.
Recommended as a ‘Leading Individual’ in the Legal 500, Jim is “able to get to grips with any matter swiftly” and his expertise lies in assisting clients to bring swift resolution to disputes which have the potential to cause serious financial and commercial damage if allowed to become protracted.
Jim is a graduate of Cardiff University and spent two years teaching English in Japan before qualifying as a lawyer in 2000. He is a father of three who in his spare time is a children’s rugby coach, enjoys sailing and walking with his family. The family’s latest challenge is walking Offa’s Dyke but not in one go!
