DTM Legal LLP is thrilled to announce that Richard Thomas, one of the founding partners of the firm, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director on the board of MSIF (Merseyside Special Investment Fund Limited). This notable appointment reflects Richard’s outstanding contributions to the legal and business communities and his continued commitment to supporting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the Liverpool City Region.
Richard Thomas co-founded DTM Legal in 2008, and his leadership has helped grow the firm to comprise over 75 staff members, with offices in Liverpool and Chester. Richard’s extensive experience as a commercial lawyer, insolvency practitioner, and entrepreneur has been instrumental in DTM Legal’s success. Before establishing DTM Legal, he was an owner at Chester’s largest law firm, Walker Smith Way. The MSIF board look to benefit greatly from Richard’s contributions, not just from a legal standpoint but also from providing a wealth of commercial experience and a drive to support the local business community.
Expressing his enthusiasm for the new role, Richard stated, “I am delighted to join the Board of MSIF and contribute my experience in supporting the growth and development of businesses across the Liverpool City Region.
